Au Pair in America: live-in child care and cultural exchange.
What a Community Counselor Does

These meetings are an opportunity for the Community Counselor to observe the Au Pair's relationship to the host family (both parents and children) and assess child care responsibilities to reconfirm program regulations and discuss cross cultural adaptation issues. The Community Counselor should also consider host family expectations, flexibility and attitudes toward the au pair.

Au Pair in America matches carefully screened young women and nannies from
around the world who provide live-in child care during a year-long cultural exchange.
