A guide to help you interview and choose your au pair was sent to you upon receipt of your host family application.

If your family has chosen the web as your primary means of communication, you will be able to login an browse applications, initiate contact, release au pair applications and report a match online.

Login to your account.

Your Host Family Login ID: The letters "HF" followed by your 5-digit Host Family ID number.
Your Password: The host mother's last name.

If the application does not include a host mother, the host father's last name should be used.
