If a family has chosen the web as their primary means of communication, the Host Family will be able to access the web to see applications, initiate contact, release Au Pair applications, and report a match.

Host Family Login ID: The letters “HF” followed by your 5-digit Host Family ID number
Password: The host mother’s last name. If the application does not include a host mother, the host father's last name should be used.
